We want you and your little one to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain nursery essentials and intimates are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
